| It is important to select the correct delivery location when processing an order through the online checkout so charges are calculated correctly. To view the cost of shipping in-advance of ordering, simply add the item(s) required to the cart and select the delivery zone and shipping service from the options available. |

| Receipt of Delivery |

| Unless specifying special instructions, our postal/courier services will normally require a signature upon receipt, so ensure someone will be available or use an alternative address. |

| Our standard service to mainland areas of the UK (excludes Highlands and offshore locations but includes the IOW) is to make delivery usually within 2-3 working days. |

| We can ship equipment to almost any country around the world, usually within about 5-10 working days. All orders exported directly to countries outside of the European Economic Community (EEC) are supplied exclusive of the 20% UK VAT. |
