Delivery Locations It is important to select the correct delivery location when processing an order through the online checkout so charges are calculated correctly. To view the cost of shipping in-advance of ordering, simply add the item(s) required to the cart and select the delivery zone and shipping service from the options available.   Receipt of Delivery Unless specifying special instructions, our postal/courier services will normally require a signature upon receipt, so ensure someone will be available or use an alternative address.   Order Processing We process orders promptly, normally on the same day. Look out for a follow-up email confirming your order, the shipping method, and the expected time for delivery. Zone 1 - United Kingdom Our standard service to mainland areas of the UK (excludes Highlands and offshore locations but includes the IOW) is to make delivery usually within 2-3 working days. If you require express delivery then select the relevant option at the checkout and be sure to place the order before noon. We will do our best to deliver your order on the next working day and will advise you via email if this is not going to be possible. Zone 2 - Scottish Highlands Delivery to these areas usually takes about 2-4 working days. If your post code is listed below please select this zone as a failure to do so will delay your order. IV (all codes) / KW 1-14 / PA 34, 37, 38 & 39 / PH 19-26, 30-40, 49 & 50 / PH 41 Zone 3 - UK Offshore Islands Includes: Shetland Isles, Orkney Isles, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly. Delivery to these locations usually takes approximately 2-4 working days. Zone 4 - Northern Ireland Although NI is classified as the UK for some services in terms of price and transit time, larger items usually incur a surcharge and can take longer to be delivered. Allow 2-4 working days for delivery. Zone 5 - Channel Islands Delivery is subject to customs clearance and payment of GST where applicable. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery via our postal and courier services. All orders going directly to the Channel Islands are shipped exclusive of UK VAT. Zone 6 - Europe (Area 1) Includes: Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg & The Netherlands. Delivery to these countries usually takes approximately 2-4 working days. Zone 7 - Europe (Area 2) Includes: Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. Delivery to these countries usually takes approximately 3-5 working days. Zone 8 - Worldwide We can ship equipment to almost any country around the world, usually within about 5-10 working days. All orders exported directly to countries outside of the European Economic Community (EEC) are supplied exclusive of the 20% UK VAT. Due to the often complex shipping considerations it is impossible to provide accurate delivery prices and times online - so please submit your order as a 'quote' and we will promptly reply with details. Shipments outside the EEC are normally subject to customs formalities and import duties - please check this information locally before placing an order with us.
