| Our site stock is regularly updated with the latest date/time being displayed on the main store page here. Most product pages feature our detailed colour coded stock indication system as described here. However implied availability is not a guarantee of such. |

| We will confirm the availability of your order shortly after this has been received, or in advance if specifically requested to do so. You will be given the option to back order any item that is not in stock and we will advise of the expected arrival time for each piece. |

| From time to time (normally every 1-2 months) we release an email newsletter detailing what is happening at Riks, what's new in and also information regarding any special offers that we feel may be of interest. Important Delivery Procedures |

| Although we have full confidence in our shipping services there is always a possibility that something could go wrong. All equipment is checked and wrapped thoroughly before dispatch. Deliveries are covered by transit liability insurance should loss or damage occur - however please be aware of the following important information: |

| Regardless of whether your order appears to have arrived complete and in good condition it is important to check the goods before the delivery person leaves your premises. If they are unwilling to allow you time to do this then simply request that the documents are marked as 'goods damaged' or as a last resort refuse the delivery. Only sign for the number of items actually being delivered. |
 |
| Failure to follow this procedure prevents us from being able to make a successful claim. |
 |
| As the receiver you or the person accepting the delivery are wholly responsible for the goods from the point of delivery onwards. We and the handling company cannot accept any further liability for the goods beyond that point. Please immediately inform us in writing (email fine) about any missing or damaged items and we will sort out any issues. |
 |
| We cannot be held responsible for associated loss, implied or otherwise, as a result of delays with shipping, or whilst damaged or missing items are corrected or refunded. |

Returns Procedure |

| We want you to be happy with all purchases. If you are not then please get in contact with us immediately so we can help put any issue right. Our business is built on honest customer service and we constantly strive to further this and maintain long term relationships with each and every one of our customers. |

| If you remain dissatisfied with anything purchased from us online or via telephone we will provide a replacement or refund if the item(s) is returned within 7 days of receipt. Returned goods must be unused and in the original packaging/condition with labels attached. Exchanges or refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt. |

| All returns require pre-authorisation, please get in contact to arrange this. |

| Return carriage costs, insurance cover and proof of shipping remain the responsibility of the sender. Return collections can be arranged by us but note that this service is normally charged-for unless agreed otherwise in advance. |

| In instances where a refund is appropriate, this will be made by the same method as the original payment. Carriage paid is not normally refundable unless otherwise agreed. |
